From folks that I have talked to, it is a worthy investment as it made the majority of them feel extremely good. The biggest health downfall is if you are taking interferons for an autoimmune disease it probably will not be good for you to be drinking this as the interferons offset the positives to drinking this drink and the counteract and contradict each other. Other than that it is a legit product and is fairly inexpensive while giving you the oppourtunity to start a business venture if you so choose.
